Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for events and creating innovative and impactful campaigns? If so, this role is for you. As the Regional Marketing Specialist, you will execute strategies to generate leads and drive customer lifecycle pipeline growth across APAC , with experience in the Greater China region. Strong candidates for this role will have hands-on experience designing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple product lines, working to create lead generating content on WeChat, as well as proven success managing events. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams and need to be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Execute marketing programs for the APAC region to drive pipeline growth and revenue goals Develop localized campaigns and content using global demand campaigns and content   
  • Manage content planning, translation, posting on WeChat and reporting, which may include working with freelance agencies from within the Greater China region
  • Manage industry delegate passes and event sponsorships, including project management, strategy, logistics, promotion, and budget 
  • Support internal and external Veson hosted events
  • Build strong relationships with regional associations to grow brand presence
  • Continuously measure and internally socialize how regional go-to-market activities and initiatives support overall revenue growth and client satisfaction
  • Embrace and utilize all enterprise marketing technology and processes
Requirements and skills 
  • 3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in the B2B SaaS space
  • Strong experience with WeChat required
  • Native/Business level Mandarin and English (verbal and written) with experience of working with China based clients, additional languages welcome!
  • Experience with event management and planning
  • Proven ability to partner with sales on strategic, account-level plans that account for long sales cycles and complex buying committees, and high-velocity sales motions
  • Oral and written communication skills and exacting attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
  • Comfort with navigating ambiguity and keen ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
